Program Manager

Jayne Guare is the Program Manager at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law Center for Public Health Law Research. She is responsible for managing programs and projects and supports the overall operation of the center.

Professionally, Jayne has 13 years of experience in the employee wellness and benefits industry. She served as a telephonic and onsite health coach and then transitioned into strategic program planning roles with her clients. Jayne also served as a health equity consultant – driving strategies and programming to bring health equity to her clients’ employee population through personalized solutions.

Academically, Jayne holds a B.S. in Nutritional Science from Penn State University, a Masters in Public Health from West Chester University, and is currently attending Drexel University to earn her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) in Health Management and Policy. Jayne is also Certified in Public Health (CPH) through the National Boards of Public Health Examiners (NBPHE).

Jayne proudly serves as a volunteer Trail Ambassador with the Friends of the Wissachickon in Philadelphia, PA. She is committed to supporting public health workforce development, leading her to serve as a 2024 CPH Ambassador with the NBPHE, serve on the Policy Committee with the National Association of Doctors of Public Health, and serve as the DrPH student representative on Drexel University’s Dornsife School of Public Health’s PhD Student Government Association.
