Patty Skuster, JD, MPP, joined the Center as its fifth Research Fellow today.
Skuster is a senior legal advisor at Ipas, an international organization dedicated to promoting reproductive health and rights.
As a CPHLR Fellow, Skuster will continue her collaborative work with the Center on its Abortion Law Project (through our Policy Surveillance Program at LawAtlas.org), and other projects focused on advancing the understanding of laws and policies that impact reproductive health across the globe.
Skuster will serve as a CPHLR Follow between April 2019 and April 2021
