- Law Section Social Hour: Together with the Network for Public Health Law and the American Society for Law, Medicine and Ethics, PHLR is co-sponsoring the APHA Law Section Social Hour! Join us for light hors d’oeuvres and drinks Monday, November 4 from 8-9:30 p.m. in the Convention Center Room 209 We will be honoring awardees for Abstract of the Year, Student Abstract of the Year, and Distinguished Service to the Law Section.
