Lead Software Developer

Ning Gong is the Lead Software Developer at the Center for Public Health Law Research (CPHLR) at Temple University Beasley School of Law. His work focuses on the design, development and operation of software solutions for users to do policy surveillance and public health law research. Ning is in charge of technological project management and product development for the Center. He also maintains and ensures the stability of the MonQcle software and assist with final dataset publication to LawAtlas.org for both internal teams and external stakeholders. In addition to his day-to-day activities, Ning also seeks to further develop the machine learning capabilities of the MonQcle software to improve dataset production efficiency.

Prior to joining CPHLR, Ning served as Lead Software Engineer at Legal Science, LLC. He received his M.S. from New York University Tandon School of Engineering (formerly Polytechnic Institute of New York University) and his Ph.D. from Temple University College of Engineering.
