Legal Research Associate
Meghan Kelley is a Legal Research Associate. She helps build legal datasets by researching, analyzing, and coding laws. Prior to joining PHLR, Ms. Kelley served as a judicial fellow for the Honorable Ellen Ceisler in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. She was also a law fellow at the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia, where she worked on environmental justice matters, including providing legal and advocacy support for community gardens and farms. Ms. Kelley has a BS in Environmental Science from La Salle University and a JD from Drexel University Kline School of Law.
