Program Manager – Policy Surveillance Program
Andrew Campbell is a Program Manager at Temple University’s Center for Public Health Law Research where he manages the creation of scientific legal datasets. Prior to joining the Center, he was an associate at an insurance defense firm in Philadelphia, PA. Before that, he served a two-year term as an attorney advisor with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, primarily dealing with federal workers’ compensation cases. Mr. Campbell received a B.S. in journalism from West Virginia University in 2008; J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2012; and an MBA from Temple University in 2018.
